From hanging off a bridge to grinding away concrete floors; he begin his career working as a contractor, than for a distributor of construction supplies in Northwest Arkansas. Known for his customer support, he stands above everyone else as a mfg rep and a BBQ pitmaster recognized for his smoked ribs.

In his 30 years of equipment rental experience, he has seen everything that a rental operator could face which is why he excels as a mfg rep located out of Fort Worth.

As a southern gentleman, he enjoys family, fishing, hunting and loves America's favorite pastime; baseball. 

  His southern roots go back as a 4th generation Louisianian. Outside of the bayou, Baton Rouge is where he calls home. 

Before joining us, he was a branch manager for a national contractor supply chain. He never forgets to support his alma maters in LSU and MBA from Tulane, while showing his dislike for any other SEC schools.

Living out of the Denver Colorado area, Darian is a seasoned sales professional with 20+ years of account management in the highly competitive power rental, construction rental and specialty engineered rental products.

When its not snowing, he enjoys riding motorcycles through the mountains or winning on the pickleball court.

From working the paint bar at Home Depot to naming a still standing restaurant inside John Wayne Airport. Even working PR in the NHL; Carlos has had no shortage of fun jobs. 

Two things Carlos calls home, Frisco Texas and the rental industry where he's known as a honest, trustworthy, leader with two decades of experience. 

His bilingual Spanish skills have proved he can do more than say “Yo quiero cerveza”. 

While starting in the manufacturer rep industry 18 years ago, he has been guided to make a living, make a life, and now is trying to make a difference. 

In between sales meetings, he enjoys his young family and the adventures of being a Dad which is the best title he has ever received.

As an experienced and dedicated Administrative Assistant who has a sharp eye for detail and a proactive approach to problem-solving, she ensures that nothing slips through the cracks. 

As passionate gamer who uses play to sharpen her focus, and an excited soon-to-be mom preparing for a new and exciting chapter. 

She has a passion for delivering top-tier support as our assistant in product knowledge. She describes herself as "constantly curious" always on the lookout for new tools, techniques, and insights to grow her skills and better serve her clients. Whether she’s managing client communications, organizing complex workflows, or learning a new productivity tool just for fun, Gin is all about showing up, staying sharp, and adding value with heart
